Humblot in the Basque country

From its origin, Maison Humblot has deployed its know-how in the Basque Country, by organizing exceptional private events and congresses on a European scale.

It was therefore natural for Jean-Guy Humblot, in love with the region, to settle in Biarritz as well.

At the time, he was encouraged in this project by Cédric Béchade, the young starred chef from the “Auberge Basque” in Saint-Pée-sur-Nivelle, also in love with this local sweetness of life, its unique landscapes and the wealth of this unique gastronomic heritage.


The famous Parisian Caterer specializes in the organization of prestigious events. He has chosen Humblot since 2011 to develop its activities in the Aquitaine region. That partnership honors the Humblot company as the reputation of Potel & Chabot has been largely proven in France and internationally.
