For more than forty years, Jean-Guy Humblot has brought friends, families, customers around his tables make their events unforgettable.

The story

Jean-Guy Humblot has inherited his taste for good and authentic values in the restaurant run in the Landes region by his father and grandfather before him.

In 1980, he took over and added catering and cannery to his activity.

Prestigious customers from the wine sector noticed him and ordered first events from him. The adventure was launched. To face its development towards and around the Bordeaux area, Jean-Guy Humblot moved to Canejan in 1989. From the start, he had the good idea to “think big”. Today, the house has become one of the most renowned caterers in the Aquitaine region.
