The coworkers

Thirty coworkers contribute to the success of Humblot. Those are helped by an adjustable number of temporary workers depending on the number and the scale of the events.

The company

The 2000 sqm headquarters were built in 1989 in Canejan. They include a 800 sqm kitchen and a large tasting showroom. Humblot is a founding member of “Les Traiteurs de France” a national association promoting good practices in the catering sector.

Humblot makes every effort to limit the impact of events on the environment: fresh, seasonal and local products from close supply chains, food donations to local associations in the event of unforeseen surpluses, recycled waste, range of eco-designed buffets, etc.

All of these initiatives were rewarded by the ISO 20121 certification in 2019.

Partnership =

The famous Parisian Caterer specializing in management of prestigious events chose Humblot to develop its activities in the Aquitaine region starting in 2011. This partnership honours the Humblot company as the reputation of Potel & Chabot has been highly proven.
